It is hoped that the citizens of Kaohsiung will meet with relatives and friends, or receive foreign guests in the future. For foreign friends, provide a comfortable social space that is self-evident and unique, but not overwhelming.
The cooking continues this mindset, providing Taiwanese, home-cooked, and even old-school teas and dishes. The chef of ” Bowie “has learned Taiwanese traditional table-making and Taiwanese restaurant dishes from his father when he was young, and he has had more than 40 years of skill. How to infuse traditional craftsmanship into the contemporary daily food culture, through subtle artistic transformation and the combination of local Taiwanese ingredients, to present the style of Taiwanese cuisine-small dishes; with the precious Taiwan table-making culture, R&D gave birth to a new generation of small table dishes, and we hope that guests from Kaohsiung and even all of Taiwan will look forward to it.
